|If you are in Hong Kong and have 15 US dollars to spend for a meal you should go to the famous restaurant Din Tai Fung. This chain of restaurants was originally opened in Taiwan by Mr Yang 1958 and since then expanded into most Asian big cities. In Hong Kong one of them got 1 star in the Guide Michelin and then became the cheapest on the guide all over the world. You can have some duplings for 38 HKD or 5 US dollar but then you also need to have some noodles. The steamed porc dumplings are great and the braised beef brisket noodles are to die for. Not to be missed in Hong Kong. You have to wait in line but it does not take that long time and is worth waiting for.|
