La Jeune Rue - The new hip and cool place to hang out in Paris

La Jeune Rue, cool bar, Volta, Rue du Vertbois
This is the new place to be in Paris and I really like it!
The millionaire and businessman Cédric Naudon has bought 25 stores and that is almost the whole block of the Rue Vertbois, Rue Volta and Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth in the area many call northern Marais but the correct name would be Sentier.
Here he is trying to create a new place for people to hang out in this rather run down area downtown Paris. The feeling is a bit like you would find in Belleville but here it's more upmarket.
The name of the game in the coming gastronomic area of restaurants and pop-up stores is sustainability and decent prices! If like to see were it is happening right now in Paris don't miss this place.
I like to sit down for a drink in The Passage du Pont aux Biches were the alley is full of any kind of sofas and chairs that you can imagine.
I am also looking forward to the oyster bar that will open soon.
