Genki Sushi, Shibuya, Tokyo

Genki Sushi Shibuya
This is the latest hightech Kaiten Sushi!
If you visit Shibuya in Tokyo this is a place not to be missed. This is Japan in a nutshell!
Instead of having the sushi on a belt you order your sushi individually on a personal computer! You can make up to 3 selections each time and then press enter. In less then a minute on one of the 3 belts an individual plate will pull up to you with your dishes right in front of you from the kitchen. When you have taken your dishes you have to press on one of the three buttons with angry faces so that the plate will "drive" back to the kitchen again. If you don't press the button in time the angry face will be lit up and a bell will ring to get your attention.  Prices are low, the sushi is good value for money, prices are cheap and you can not stop laughing over this new invention! You can order in English, Korean and Chinese among others and the menu has pictures.
Genki Sushi can be found on the street bellow the shop LOFT! Reservations can not be made but you can call if you can not find the place at 03-3461-1281
Have fun!!!
