Tonkatsu is a very popular Japanese dish that consists of panfried pork cutlet, pork filet or prawns. You eat is with cabbage, rice and miso soup together with delicious sauces. Katsukura is a chain of Tonkatsu restaurants in Kyoto. The quality is good and the price is low.
